Blend of 2 grapes a priori against nature : chardonnay and pinot noir, for a golden robe wine, sustained with golden hints on bright amber tone with a translucent shading. A beautiful concentration of matter even under its visual aspect. On the nose, a display of candied white fruits aromas of peach, apple and pear with notes of medlar and quince jelly. After aeration, nose offer more freshness and an amplified impression of a dryness.

This wine is mature and concentrated with a note of candied grapefruits zest. A serious wine on appearance with lots of sweetness.

This wine will perfectly pair with fresh fishes through all forms such as marinade, carpaccio, sushi and also seafood. It will also be a perfect aperitif.
