Le Rosé

An invitation to bite into summer red fruits ...

Exclusively from merlot grape, this rosé with a deep robe and orange blossom hints, is an invitation to bite into summer red fruits and particularly raspberry. It is a "militant" wine oriented on gastronomy type unlike wine of thirst or to be drunk on a terrace. A new piece to establish rosé type as a true wine category.

From tapping of the best grapes of the domain, powerful, unctuous and full bodied. It can challenge the most famous rosé wines from south of france or even best Bordeaux clairets because of its length and soft species finish
To be drunk around 11° with a fruit dessert, a spicy dish or just as aperitif
